The pilot project “Governance in the energy transition towards a low carbon society in metropolitan areas (Metropolis Energy GovernAnce - MEGA)” , led by the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona with Lyon Métropole and the city of Montevideo as project partners, will have its kick off meeting in Lyon during the  23^rd- 24^th of November.

This event will coincide with the “5^th Conference Climate Energy of Grand Lyon”, and will consist of a workshop, a field trip in the Lyon Metropole and a debate meeting with local stakeholders.
