Civitas Novus - Urban innovation assessment (draft zero report)

Developed by the Guangzhou Award and the Penn Institute for Urban Research in the last three years, this is the first system to evaluate the innovation capacity for local governments worldwide, which provides a practical and scientific guide for global cities to upskill their governance capacity. Further pilot projects will be carried out with the support of Metropolis.
