This forum is jointly organized by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and World Health Organisation China.

The Forum themed with “Improving Urban Health in the SDGs, from Commitments to Actions”, will be a wonderful opportunity to examine how cities can promote health and advance the SDG agenda and a platform for experience exchange and to identify actions taken and measurable health outcomes, moving from political commitments to mainstreaming health into sustainable urbanization. The Forum will bring together more than 500 participants, including ministers and high-level government officials, mayors, urban health experts and policy makers, NGOs, as well as academic and research institutes. 
Chengdu Municipality will pay for the return tickets and accommodation for head of the delegation and another delegate during the forum. The head of a delegation can be mayor, vice mayor or heads of relevant municipal departments or organisations.
