World association of the major metropolises
The first meeting of the Metropolis initiative "Concrete actions taken by metropolises to mitigate, anticipate and adapt to climate change" to be held in Belo Horizonte on 14th June, as part of the ICLEI World Congress 2012 will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, case studies and participate to the Guide development proposed by the Institute of Urban Planning and Development of the Region Ile de France (IAU-RIF) and the City of Porto Alegre.
